There is never a shortage of cameras around at a Notre Dame football press conference, but there was a special buzz in the air for Charlie Weis' first official day of fall camp.

The press conference took place in the Guglielmino Athletics Complex brand new 115-seat auditorium. The new facility allows Coach Weis' Sunday and Tuesday press conferences to be held in the same facility as his program's new office, locker room and training area.

The media was able to ask Coach Weis questions for approximately 35 minutes. The Irish assistant coaches followed, with the players ending the media day activities.

The entranceway to the Guglielmino Athletics Complex was utilized for assistant coach interviews and player interviews.
