AS A JUNIOR: Was injury-free in '98 for the first time in his career...second on the team in points (18) and tied for second in goals scored (five)...finished the 1998 campaign with a team-leading eight assists...one of seven players to start all 18 games...had either a goal or an assist in first four games and in 10 of 18 contests...scored a goal and two assists in the season opener against Valparaiso which marked his first points in nearly two years...along with Matt Johnson, provided the assist on Shane Walton's game-winning goal in 1-0 win over Northwestern...had a goal and an assist in 2-2 tie versus Pittsburgh...also shared in the assist on Walton's overtime goal against IUPUI that gave the Irish a 1-0 victory.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Played in the season opener in '97 against Pittsburgh and then was sidelined for the remainder of the campaign battling ankle injuries.
AS A FRESHMAN: Named to the BIG EAST all-rookie team in 1996...earned nine starts in 19 games played...played in all 11 BIG EAST regular-season contests...scored one goal and dished off two assists during the season...started first career game at Western Michigan...had a goal and two assists in 6-0 win over Western Illinois...assisted on Notre Dame's first two goals of contest by Ben Bocklage and Chris Mathis...tallied the last Irish goal of the game for his first collegiate score.
